Today’s Beers On Tap
O’Malley’s Cream Ale -golden in color- is a smooth, sweet and creamy brew with a light floral hop nose, malty middle and smooth finish. Don’t miss the brew that started it all.
This historic brew was originally introduced at the tail end of the 19th century and became a regional favorite. We offer you a light, clean, traditional taste of Weston.
O’Malley’s Stout had been in the works for almost two years. It was originally called Prototype Stout as we worked on the recipe. With the help of our patrons and friends we have developed this dry Irish Stout. Specifically brewed for fun nights in the Irish Pub.
This is our take on one of the historic labels here at WBC. A rich, malty double bock, straight from the 1880’s.
O’Malley’s India Pale Ale is a new take on an old favorite. We’ve loaded the malt bill with English Maris Otter and Falconer’s Flight hop blends to create a fresh, well balanced take on our IPA.
A traditional Belinnerweisse sour with a touch of blood orange for a finish of citric sweetness.
